About Me

Tom Little has been in the timberland, farmland, and recreational land business for 22 years. He founded his own real estate company along with his partner Steve Ebbert in 1991. Tom, raised with a farming background, graduated with an agricultural degree from Purdue University. His success in property sales is influenced by several factors, including his ability to help clients establish productive crops and food plots, and his experience in lake construction and management. Tom's passions include fresh and salt-water fishing and wingshooting. If customers are buying or selling, Tom possesses the expertise to market, sell, and advise on real estate investments of any type.
